2. Services

2.1 Software Development Services

BizBuildo offers custom software development solutions tailored to business needs, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

2.2 Information Products

BizBuildo provides digital information products such as guides, templates, and courses accessible via online delivery.

2.3 Goods

BizBuildo may offer physical goods related to business software development, including branded merchandise and hardware kits.

3. Ordering and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by BizBuildo. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Software Development Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of payment if no substantial work has commenced. If development has begun, clients may elect to receive a service credit toward future work. Refunds or credits will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be issued or credits applied within 5 business days following the request.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, credits or refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain services, such as live workshops and one-on-one consulting sessions, are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources and limited availability. However, clients may transfer registrations to another individual or apply the fee as credit toward a future event.

6. Changes to Services

BizBuildo reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice. Substantive changes will be communicated via the email address on file at least 10 days before implementation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and deliverables are the property of BizBuildo until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their internal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BizBuildo be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service at issue.
